Another way to encourage a change in position is to get on all fours and sway your hips from side to side for 5 min. at a time, a few times a day.

Just another idea...

Im 33 weeks, and at my last appt my doc told me my baby is transverse/footling (something like that) which means she is completely side to side with her legs and arms dangling down.

A friend of mine just got her baby to flip - a bag of frozen peas at the head makes that baby want to MOVE!

(she also put her ipod down low!)

HI Natalie,

I was wondering where you've been. 33 weeks, you're getting there! I'm sure

With my 4th I was very ready by 37 weeks, so be prepared. Are you getting a lot of Braxton-Hicks contractions? That was my sign and also the baby had dropped by 36 weeks. Have fun at your baby shower. I forget is it a boy or girl?
