This may be a stupid question, but how do you choose a formula?

I had to supplement BF with formula from the beginning - I started out using Enfamil, since that's what the hospital gave me, and I had samples at home. After DD started having issues with reflux, I switched to Good Start, and stuck with that the rest of the time with good results. I also used Dr. Brown's bottles. They are a bit more of a pain to clean, but they seemed to help with not introducing extra air.

If you do decide to try Good Start, sign up on their website, www.verybestbaby.com, and you'll get some good coupons and good info in the mail. (Enfamil and Similac have similar programs with samples and coupons, too.)
