Hi There: It's so important to have healthy snacks available to avoid getting tired and so hungry you dive into a fast food joint on the way home:.)

Here are a couple ideas: Keep a jar of reduced fat or all natural peanut butter at work and put it on crackers or a green apple. Yumm..........

grapes and cheese.

Almonds and raisins.

Yogurt.

Breakfast bars.

Here is an awesome "healthy cookie" recipe (they are like home-made power bars):

1 cup barley, oat, wheat, or regular old flour
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
2 t. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. brown rice syrup(get from natural food store)
1 t. almond extract
2 t. vanilla extract
1/2 c. all natural(or not) peanut butter
1 mashed banana

Mix the dry and wet ingredients separately and then combine. Cook in 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Best Luck, Julie
