Here are a couple ideas: Keep a jar of reduced fat or all natural peanut butter at work and put it on crackers or a green apple. Yumm..........
grapes and cheese.
Almonds and raisins.
Here is an awesome "healthy cookie" recipe (they are like home-made power bars):
1 cup barley, oat, wheat, or regular old flour1 1/2 c. oatmeal1 t. baking soda1/2 t. salt2 t. ground cinnamon1/4 c. olive oil 1/2 c. brown rice syrup(get from natural food store)1 t. almond extract2 t. vanilla extract1/2 c. all natural(or not) peanut butter1 mashed banana
Mix the dry and wet ingredients separately and then combine. Cook in 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
