I'm just wondering what any of you are doing for exercise. I was very active before pregnancy - cycling classes, Zumba classes, adult clogging and dance classes, and I teach clogging, too.
But now at 7 weeks, I am too tired/exhausted/nauseous and unmotivated to do anything! I still teach clogging for 3 hrs a week, and take 1 clogging class a different night of the week (which I am re-thinking). And as for the rest, I just can't seem to get in gear to do anything.
Common sense tells me that I should probably force myself to change my new couch potato ways, but my brain and body say - are you kidding?
Any suggestions? How are you managing to get in exercising?
