m/s woes

I'm having a very "poor me" moment and I have to whine. I'm 9 weeks along with nausea and vomiting. I know, I know, this is a sign that all is well, but what a pain in the butt, huh? I'm so tired of being sick and tired! Plus, this is not my first child, so my bladder control is not all that great when I exert myself, so when I vomit, you guessed it, I pee as well.

I teach school, so I have to bring along an alternate outfit with me everyday. The faculty bathroom offers me privacy, but it is in a different wing on a different floor, and I don't get much warning when it is time to let her loose! So, I run to the public restroom across the hall and pray that it isn't during passing period!

Any BTDT or advice would be great!

Im so sorry that you are soooooooo sick, and trust me I know all about that pee stuff.. and yes it does suck, Have you considered getting those undergarments that help protect from accidents, at least this way you wont have to change your clothing because of puking and they are like menstrual pads so they wont be noticed but they will help protect you if you have to toss cookies.

you dont have much longer to go, most people MS subsides by the 3rd month, what about ginger ale and crackers, to help your tummy?\

what grade do you teach?

Thanks all for the encouragement! I teach middle and high school, so they've all been warned that I may run out of the room suddenly. I might try some of the shields, been keeping cheese and crackers around, and will add pretzels - I like those.

Thanks again,
Tracy
