What is safe to do when PG?

Since becoming PG in April (my 2nd pregnancy), I have been inundated with all kinds of advice to not do this or that (besides to NOT have twins at 44, lol). I really think a lot of it is what I call PG Paranoia. Our moms were never warned about most of this stuff and the vast majority of them also had healthy babies. In doing some reading, I found an article that some may find interesting:

My mom smoked, drank alcohol, drank caffeinated coffee, ate whatever she wanted and didn't bf.

Yeah, I found that a little much. Some even advised I shouldn't take a bath during my pregnancy, when actually, the rule is no hot-tubs; but a nice warm bath is not only safe but sometimes necessary!
