Well here is what happened at the 2nd appt thursday. The blood work showed progesterone of 8 (low)and hcg of 48000 (good). Dr. did another vaginal ultasound and there was a heartbeat that wasn't there just 3 days before so that was pretty amazing. However heartbeat was slow, there was some growth but I wasn't sure that dr. thought it was enough. Dr.still feels things aren't lining up between the size of the ultrasound and the bloodwork and the home pregnancy test and last period. By the way, I asked if the home test could have given me a false positive he said that in his opinion the home tests

Thanks to all who post on this site, it helps to read others experiences.

I went in again and it looks like it will be miscarry. The sac grew but not the baby. The last blood work showed the HCG slight decrease as well as the progesterone.

I guess it will seem final once I finally have the actual miscarriage, I'm still numb right now.

Thanks!

I'm right about 10.5 weeks now according to my last MP so I'm about where you were. I need to have the M/C during week 11 though because week 12 I have some volunteer work coming up that I don't want to miss! I have been feeling like my stomach hurts all week but its different then before in that its not like I feel like throwing up.

Does the natural m/c hurt? All 4 of my past deliveries were natural (no pain meds) but the last delivery hurt a lot. I think I've become more sensitive to pain and I'm scared how much this is going to hurt.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with me. I went again yesterday to Dr and the ultrasound showed that the sac was starting to pull away and the part that would be a baby was shrinking.

My natural m/c didn't hurt.
