Amnio FISH results--Perfect!

I had my amnio last week and it went very well--a bit painful as the needle went in but only mild cramping for the rest of the day then back to normal. As you all know who have gone through it, the waiting for results is the truly hard part.
Today the genetic counsellor called with the wonderful news that the FISH (preliminary) results were all normal, as was the neural tube test.

Congrats!! Isn't it wonderful that you can have some piece of mind after 24 hrs?? When I had an amnio with my first son in 2005, they didn't offer FISH.
