Prayers needed please

Hi everyone
Had a scan on Monday, only the sac, yolk sac and fetal pole were seen, measuring early (I thought I was about 8 weeks, but it looks way earlier than that) and no heartbeat. Going back next Tuesday for another scan to see if there's any progress--midwife said there's still a chance, it could just be earlier than we think/slow to develop. Also I do have a tilted uterus, hoping that's making it harder to see...

Does anyone know of anyone who's been in a similar position and had a good outcome?

I am freaking out, which makes me not breathe, which makes me start to cramp--if I breathe deeply, cramp goes away. I've had NO bleeding so far. I'm holding onto hope, for the sake of whatever baby might be there. Please god let this baby be OK!!

I'm sending you lots of sticky baby vibes and positive thoughts for a sticky little bean! Big hugs to you. I do know of women who were hoping to hear the heartbeat at their first scan but couldn't because it was too early so it's possible this is the case with you. Please keep us posted.

How are you? I've been thinking of you.

I am sorry that you find yourself in this position. Unfortunately, I have walked in your shoes with a not so happy ending (not gonna share!), but I have read stories with positive outcomes!!!

I think that the yolk sac and fetal pole are both great signs and hoping that you are just off with your dates. That can happen to us 40+ mommas!!! LOL

Have you been to the website Misdiagnosed Miscarriage? It is a website dedicated to supporting women who have had miscarriages, "scares" that turned out to have happy endings, due date clubs, etc. You might find valuable information there if you've never visited. I am including the link for you.

While my story did not have such a happy ending a year ago, I found invaluable love and support from other women who knew and could understand my fears and frustrations.
