Those numbers are great. Mine also came back much better than my age alone would indicate, though not quite as low as your risk. But I had already decided not to do amnio even if the risk had come back high. I have met some very lovely children with Down Syndrome. It is just a question of how important it is to each of us to know for sure what to expect, but with no other signs of DS, I felt comfortable taking a 1 in 447 chance.
