Melinda, you might find cranberry capsules (dried cranberries) at the health food store and take some of those regularly.
With other pregnancies I had that problem, but I don't any more. The ingredient in cranberries that helps the bacteria not stick to your bladder and UT can be overcome by the bacteria feeding sugar in regular cranberry juice, so that old wives tale isn't always helpful to drink cranberry juice.
But the cranberry capsules did the trick for me. And guzzle more water, of course.

Hi Melinda. Make sure youa re drinking a lot of water. PG women are more prone to them. I am 21 weeks, and on Wednesday, I had a big bleed and fluid gush. Called an ambulance, spent the day at the hospital. Fluid was not amniotic so they are saying they think I might have a UTI -- my 2nd of this PG. A major pain, but quite common. Apparently, it's because our bladdes don't empty completely when PG. GL.
