Did any of you new mothers wake up one day and find your babies covered in little spots? (Chest, head and face). My midwife tells me these are molk spots due to hormonal changes and will go away be themselves. My question to you is how long will it take?!

Sounds like infant acne to me and it lasts for a few weeks. My first dd had it a lot! I've never heard of it referred to as milk spots but I do think it is hormone related. It's a bummer but it does pass.
