I have no idea how I'm going to make it through the next 34 weeks, but hopefully I do!
I found out I was pg again on 12/26 after losing my first pregnancy at 10wks in October (already seen the h/b). I immediately felt better about this pg because just 2 days after O'ing, my bbs started to hurt and they kept hurting more and more up until last week. They're still kind tender, but I haven't felt any pains in about 4 or 5 days.
Last week I also started having that pulling, stretching feeling and that's disappeared. Now I just feel crampy and my lower back hurts. No spotting though, which is good.
I had no morning sickness last pregnancy, so I was happy to find myself nauseated at every little thing at 4 and 5wks. I still get nauseated occasionally, but I thought it would get worse as things progressed. It seems like it's getting better.
I went to the doctor on 1/10 (last Monday) and they did my bloodwork and even gave me an u/s. Bloodwork came back fine and the u/s showed everything was fine too (even though I was having horrible cramps that day). The doc said she could see a h/b but it was so faint I couldn't even see it.
This morning at about 4:30am I woke up and had pretty much convinced myself that I didn't feel pregnant anymore and I am so scared that something's gone wrong again. My doc said I could come in weekly for u/s if I wanted to, but I feel so silly worrying like this- possibly over nothing.
Has anybody else felt like this and had everything turn out okay? Should I go ahead and try to get an appt for an u/s?

Amanda-
I'm sorry you are worried like you are.
Amanda, I know it is so hard not to question and worry about everything!
Thanks Laura,
I went ahead and made an appointment for Wednesday. I didn't think I was going to freak out this pregnancy, but I guess I have! With good reason though!
Thanks again and I'll let you know what happens.
Thanks Katie,
Your post made me feel better. No, I'm not on progesterone supps. My level was 37.3 and they said that was good. I rented a doppler last time and might rent one again. I don't know though. Last time I heard the baby's hb on the doppler and 10wks and 10.2wks and never could find it again. I tried not to let it worry me but when I went to the doctor at 11.6wks they couldn't find it either. An u/s confirmed the worst.
So I'm scared if I rent a doppler, the first time I can't find the h/b I'm going to freak out (similar to what I'm doing now, lol). I think it would be easiest for me to go get an u/s whenever I'm feeling like this (hopefully not more than once a week).
Hi Amanda - I'm only a few weeks ahead of you, but I'm still freaking out. I'm not sure if it will ever totally go away, although it's less now. I had an u/s every week for a few weeks because my prog. was low, but at my last appt., my dr. graduated me to Normal Pregnant Woman. He said I could come in to hear the hb on the doppler if I start freaking out, but that I should try to relax. I have a nuchal translucency scan in 2 weeks at the perinatologists, so I'll see the bean again then, and the following week is a reg. ob appt, so I should hear the hb with the doppler then. But after that, it's just once a month. I feel the same way about renting a doppler - I think it might make me freak out more.
My symptoms seem more intermittent to me too, but I'm exhausted much of the time, which is a good sign. You should be hitting that stage soon. I'd say by about 7-8 weeks I was so tired I thought I was getting the flu. Not that I wish that on you, but it will be a good sign. M/s is never a reliable indicator for me either. Sometimes my stomach feels yucky, but not as often as I'd like it to. It will get a little better once you get past the week of your last m/c too.
Good luck with the u/s tomorrow. Let us know all is ok. And anytime you want to stress out, I'm here!

Yep, in fact I called my husband at work, bawling, to tell him that the baby was gone. He asked if I was bleeding & I said no, but my boobs just stopped hurting. I was so sure that it was over (I was right around 8 weeks) that I was going to call my dr for some tests....then a couple of days later they started feeling tender again. Apparently some symptoms flux a bit rather than staying constant all the time. Anyway, that turned out to be a very successful pg. With my current pg, I haven't had any breast tenderness at all, but I'm still nursing my son so I don't know how that works. Anyway, just wanted to give you some encouragement that everything is most likely just fine. Hang in there!

Amanda,
How did the u/s go today? I have had you in my prayers and hope all is well with you and the baby. Please let us know.
