OMG Devon...I am sitting here in tears! What a beautiful site that must have been!!! A GIRL!! ((HUGS)) like you said...boy or girl...doesn't matter...OMG...I am going to cry!!! :) :) I am SOOO happy for you!!!!!!!!! (((HUGS))) many times over!
Devon, that is awesome news!!!! I am soooo jealous that the tech could tell the gender so early. I guess I eat my words that they couldn't tell until like 16-18 weeks. Man, now I am wishing they would have looked when I was down in Seattle. If I could count fingers and toes, certainly the resolution would be good enough to see a weenie, right? hee hee. A girl! OMG I am just so happy for you. I was reading up on all of the syndromes and things that show up early as an incresed nuchal translucency and I just feel that so much more was ruled out with a normal finding, you know? Did they give you a number? Just currious, you know me...
Oh what a great appt Devon!! I am so happy for you that this pg has finally bought it's own wonderful emotions. I know you had been struggling with this. It only gets better from here sweetie, and boy or girl this baby will be one loved and lucky baby.
(btw, lol..not to be a downer or anything, but when I delivered Jack at 13wks, we couldn't tell by looking what he was. And with Matthew at 16wks we could plainly tell. So don't run out and buy all pink just yet ;o) And hey, the tech has a 50/50 shot at being right eh??)
Hi Devon, I'm so happy for you!! Looks like everything is going so well and you have a healthy little person inside you. Glad to see you're feeling better - thanks for the touching post! Cheers, Helen
