tracy

i am right there with you. eating a tons. i am trying to keep it healthy, but it is hard. just remembered how much i like the rice cakes with the cheese powder, yum...and they are only 50 calories a piece. and you can't go wrong with fruits and veggies.

anyway i am also too tired to exercise, but i am also afraid. i am pretty much afraid to do anything. so DH and i are going for long, but slower, walks after work but before dinner. we are taking the dog for like 45 minute walks. it is not alot of exercise, but it is something.

as for the BBs, i cannot believe how much they hurt, it hurts to sneeze!!!

Tracy,

I wouldn't worry about how much you are gaining right now. You always feel starved during the start of your pregnancy. If I remember correctly, I was starving at first an then it equaled out. That is just your baby needing nutrients during the biggest developmental stage. I have a really high risk pregnancy and am not allowed to exercise during pregnancy. So, I didn't exercise with my son and I didn't gain that much and was able to lose it fairly quickly after he was born. So, don't worry, even though every woman is different, I'm sure your weight will equal out. If you don't feel like exercising, wait a couple of weeks. It doesn't hurt and you shouldn't push yourself.

Thanks everyone :)

I'm thinking that maybe I will ask DH to pull my bicycle down from the garage rafters, and I can take a bike ride at night after work, that is a little less impact as running, and might keep my attention better than walking. We have a nice 1/2 mile circle by our house in a field, it would be
