Ok, so I know every twinge and ache and the slightest sign of spotting will send me into severe panic mode and I should just try and stay calm now.

But.

I took 3 hpts today, all came back BFP!!! But, I'm cramping today (my af was expected). no bleeding or spotting. Just some cramping. I'm trying not to completely freak.

anyone else have cramping? and everything's alright with your pg?

stick baby vibes to all!

Totally normal!! I had cramping through 7 weeks almost daily. Now I have it every once in a while at 10 weeks. As long as there is no spotting and it is not too painful you can assume it is just your uterus and ligaments stretching out to make room for the baby.

I totally agree with Holly. The cramping that feels like menstrual cramps or the beginning of AF are totally NORMAL. Your doc will agree. I had them for about the first 8 weeks of my pg and have them occassionally now too. My doc says they are all normal. I know it's hard to not worry about every ache and pain. I still can't stop checking the TP. Hoping for a boring and wonderful pg!

I cramped AF like cramps from the time AF was due until about 7 weeks. On and off, some days more than others.

Drink lots of water -- this helps ease them a bit.

Cramps are normal early in your pregnancy.

Congratulations & good luck!

Its very normal to cramp. In fact you will cramp a lot during pregnancy and it will scare the heck out of you! But, as long as its not severe its completely normal. Also, you are probably having inplantation spotting which is also normal.

thx ladies.

the cramps haven't been that bad. occasionally I'll have one where the pain spikes enough for me to stop and breath but it only lasts for a few seconds. And, there's no blood or discharge of any color-but, I swear, every so often it feels like I peed my pants!!!

thx for the feedback, it helps that you've all been through this too.

sbvs to all!
