Hating food

So I've lost 10 lbs so far and only gained back 2. I feel nauseous all day and eating is a chore that I wish I didn't have to do. I'm 11wks and 4 days and anxiously waiting for that miracle second trimester when I should enjoy food again.

It's so bad somedays that I get hunger shakes and I feel faint but I just can't bring myself to eat enough.

I talked to my mom the other day and she said that she only gained 22lbs with each of her pg's

Please tell me that this gets better. I just want to crawl under a rock and sleep.

Wendy,

Hugs!! Just wanted to let you know that I so understand!! I'm so sorry!

Thankfully for me, for the past few days, I've been able to find at least one meal that sounds good to me. Like egg salad sandwhich for lunch sounds good today - but feeling nauseous all day long is so not fun!!!

Hang in there - hope it gets better for both of us.

Hugs!!!!

Wendy - I'm 10.5 weeks & have been feeling nauseous & vommiting all the time. I'm scared to eat because it just comes back up OR the thought of food is sickening. With my last 2 successful pregnancies, I found that things were much more manageable around week 12-14. So, hang in there - you only have a little bit more time to go & you'll be feeling better.

I hope that you start to feel better soon and can start eating again.

It does get better. With my last pregnancy, I had pretty severe morning sickness for 4 months then nothing!
