I didn't realize how "scary" being pregnant would be after having a mc. It really does take a toll on our emotional well being. I am so sorry you are feeling worried, but it is completely normal. I have my good days and bad days too( I almost feel depressed at times). I just know everything is going to work out for you! I wish your dr. could get you in earlier so you could have some peace of mind. Please know you are not alone! Many hugs to you Steph!
Lots and lots of {{{{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}}} to you Stephanie. We all know how difficult this is and this is the exact place to turn when you have these feelings. I know that I'm struggling with them each and every day as well. I know that you are strong enough to get through this, and when you're not feeling that strong, we are all here for you to lean on.
You're going to be a great mom, so hang in there and take one day at a time. You have an u/s in just over a week, and you'll see so much more of that bean then. Try to focus on that, but just one day at a time.
And there is a lot that you can do to make this baby stick ... eat well, take your prenatal vitamins, drink lots of water, and get your rest. That is all very proactive stuff, so take comfort in the fact that you are making the best nest for your bean.
I'm just about at my m/c milestone. When I had my u/s last time at 10 weeks, the baby showed 6w5d. I'm at 6w2d now, so very aware of what's going on and can totally relate to what you are going through.
So don't ever apologize for feeling down or scared. Post here anytime, and you know that all your PAL friends will totally relate and support you. We can all do it, together.
Oh Hugs Stephanie - I totally understand what you're saying. I've seen the hb twice now and I still have this nagging nervousness! Sending you many many sticky vibes and praying that all will be very good with your little bean!
