Staying healthy during pregnancy?

I have been very determined to be as healthy as possible once I got pregnant again, but now that I am, I've been too tired to exercise for almost a week! I am busy working during the day and then by 6 pm I am SO incredibly tired and start feeling dizzy and sick if I don't lay down and rest. Thank goodness I've been so "in the mood" lately, because that is the only exercise I've been getting!!!
I also have no appetite in the morning and twice this week have given in and had a frappucino for breakfast! I am so embarrassed! I've been having headaches and the caffiene was sooo nice. I am trying to make myself eat at least 3 small meals a day to get nutrients and I'm also thinking about getting up a little earlier to go on a walk with DH everymorning - that way if I don't get around to it on my own, at least I get some exercise in everyday. Does anyone have any tips for eating right and still working out when the tiredness and sickness of the 1st trimester kick in?

Oh Jen...I was so tired during the 1st tri I just didn't do anything! hee hee! My only advise is to listen to your body...your body will tell you when you have the energy. Don't overstress yourself...you are growing a baby afterall and that takes a lot out of your body. Of course try to eat healthy, but don't beat yourself up if you treat yourself...MAN...all I've been craving is sweets and junk and I give into those cravings...it's a pleasure of pregnancy!
