Sorry you are feeling yucky, but like you said, it is a good sign! Drink lemon water and suck on peppermint, that helped my m/s a lot. Ginger snap cookies help to, or anything with ginger. Hope you get to feeling better soon. Hugs!!!
Welcome to the club Erin! I've been dealing with m/s on and off since 5 weeks and some change. I'm hoping it gets better at the 2T but I'm not really putting my hopes up! I just try to tell myself that it means all is working like it should! :) I would watch what I eat see what helps and what doesn't. I can't do greasy foods so eggs and stuff are out of the question. It's just bagels with creme cheese for me for breakfast! But I'm sure you'll figure out what works for you and what doesn't!
