Passed our m/c milestone
| Tue, 11-22-2005 - 1:39pm |
Hey Everyone!
I was terrified to wake up this morning..as it was at this time (5w6d) that we lost our precious little bean in August. Thankfully, all was well this morning and I do feel some sense of relief. I know we have a l-o-n-g way to go (each day feels like a WEEK during the first tri!) but I am feeling more confident and hopeful as each day passes. I am scheduled for another u/s next week to hopefully see the baby's hb! Thanks for all of your good wishes and continued positive thoughts. I appreciate it so much.
Hope you each have a Happy Turkey Day!
Hugs,
Stephanie

Yeah Stephanie!!
Each milestone truly is a relief. Praying that you'll have a wonderful, uneventful 34 more weeks!
Hugs!!!
Wow, how relieved you must feel! I'm so happy that you've made this milestone, and most importantly, that you're feeling positive and hopeful. That is certainly a hard thing to do as a PAL! You're right, each day does feel like a week in the first trimester--I'm so happy thinking that I'm moving right along here at 7 weeks (or, more than halfway through through the first trimester, as I prefer to think of it!), and then my doctor keeps emphasizing the fact that it's still "really early"! Don't burst my bubble, doctor!
Hope you have a great holiday! I'm sending you lots of positive thoughts for your u/s next week : )

Yah Stephanie, I'm so happy for you, this is just wonderful.
It feels so good to pass those scary milestones.

Congrats, Stephanie. You'll feel even better when you see that heartbeat.
I agree re. the days being so long. I think the last two weeks have gone by slower than the 2WW, and I didn't think that was possible.
