LOL!!!
You are not the only one!!
It is true I was sleepy all the time and I didn't have the energy to BDing but deep inside I was scared.(Although I never had that problem with my last pregnancy) Finally I told the truth to my DH and he was really supportive. With taht out of my chest finally I gave up for the fun ;-)

Hi Kate!

Like you, I started bleeding with the start of my m/c the morning after we had BD'd the night before. Again, I know the two aren't related but it sure has made me a little gun shy this time around. Poor DH was such a champ waiting for my 12 week appt. this last Wednesday. After we saw our precious babe and got encouraging words from my doctor, there was little I could do to put it off any longer! Sooo...DH is a happy man and I am trying to do what I can to keep up! ;)

Hugs,
Stephanie

I think what you're feeling is pretty normal or at least you're not alone. I've been very apprehensive to BD(Although we have) because of the same thing. When I m/c'd we BD'd one night and the next day I was in the hospital being told I lost my baby. I've also been very crabby and short with DH about that kind of stuff - he says it's just hormones, but it's way more than that. When I was pg with DS - it was just about everyday! So this is odd for me. I think once I get past my 8 week point and have my u/s and dr appt I will probably feel better.

Hope you feel up to the challenge soon!

Samantha

OMG Kate - It is so funny that you posted this! Just last night DH asked me "Are we ever going to BD again before the baby comes?"

We havnt done anything since Dec 22, the day before our BFP! I am too scared to. I sort of feel like it might bring on something bad for some reason, I dont know why! I guess I have been waiting to find out if everything is ok, but my u/s on Friday didnt give me any reassurance so now what?

I am so with you girl! I dont have any advice to give, because I know I should "give it up" for my sweet DH but I just dont know if I can, mentally, KWIM??? Even though I am sure it is totally safe....AHHHHHHHH!

Our poor DH's!!! Mine just said that this is preparing him for after I give birth......How sad huh?
