Well ladies! I got my second draw back and I lost it!!
First at 15DPO was 108
Second at 17DPO was 205
So I almost started to cry on the phone with the nurse and she said "Sweet heart please come in on Monday for another blood test!" I was freaking out becuase they did not double and like Tara said I do not feel pregnant today. Well I stopped and let my ratoional side take over!
If I was to double then I would have been at 216, which I am only a few numbers off from that! So I am thinking postive. I then went on line and took a look at HCG levels in early pregnancy. The first three sites I found told me this
At 17 DPO, the average HCG level is 132 mIU/ml, with a typical range of 17-429 mIU/ml.
So I am above the avearage!! I almost doubled and that is a good thing!!
Also I have to keep thinking that I am onlyh 4Weeks and 2 days pregnant. Most women have no idea that they are pregnant yet! So symptoms will come and go and then they will start to get worse. Also I have been laying in bed all morning, so of course the symptoms are not that bad, but get up and move around and they really kick in!
So moral to my long winded up date is that everything is going to be fine!!
HUgs to you all

Jenn, don't worry. Your numbers are close to doubling so thats the main thing. Not everyone exactly "doubles" in the 48 hr period. As for pg. symptoms, they never get good and consistent for me until I am at least 6 weeks. Hang in there.

YAYYYY!!!!! I was worried about you today...now I'm just jealous that you were off work and got to spend the morning in bed!!! LOL! Your numbers are great! That is so close to doubling, it might as well be considered perfect!! I can't wait for you next appt in a couple weeks so I can hear all about how wonderful that little baby bean is!!!!
Hi Jenn:
When I finally was able to get my first appt, which was way later, I think I was about 5 weeks or 6, but in any case, my numbers were at 2400 that Monday and at 3600 2 days after, so they didn't quite double and I'm now 29 weeks, so don't read too much into exact doubling, they sound great!! and symptoms, I don't think I really felt them until about 7 weeks or so.
I'd say congratulations!!!
I'm sorry you got a scare with your numbers, but that is really, really close to doubling. I think that looks really good!
About the symptoms, I swear that I freaked out many times about my symptoms coming and going. You can see my posts from the past few weeks if you want because I bet some of those responses would help you, too. At one point around 6 weeks, I laid on my bed and sobbed because my symptoms had gone away and I was sure it was over. Several girls here said that their symptoms would come and go, especially early on, and it didn't mean anything bad. At the time, although it made me feel better, I thought, "That doesn't mean it's the case for me. I know this is a bad sign." Well, a few days passed, and my symptoms were back big time. In fact, 2 days ago my nausea was better and I was a little worried. Today it is worse than ever. I'm having to lie down right now to try to keep from getting sick.
I'm not trying to just talk about myself here. I'm just trying to tell you that symptoms do come and go, and it really doesn't mean anything bad. I know how hard the next few weeks are going to be for you, but we are all here for you to get you through it. Hang in there!

Jenn -
Your numbers are good and they are darn close to doubling. And they are well within the normal range. I think it is good news!!!
As for your symptoms - DO NOT WORRY!!! I have had many days this pregnancy where I have not felt pregnant, at all. So do not let that worry you. I was feeling so concerned until I get to 10 weeks all because I had so few symtpoms. But they never came and the babe is growing like a weed. Remember that everyone is different.
I have my fingers crossed for you. Hang in there. I know the waiting is awful but try to stay busy.

Jenn,
We all know what it's like to worry.
Jenn,
I know it's hard not to worry but I'm sure everything is fine.
I will be thinking of you.
Hi Jenn,
You are FINE! My numbers were:
12dpo = 116
14dpo = 182
I was freaking out, doing calculations all day long, checking the doubling time, all that craziness. Well...as you know, everything turned out perfect! My RE even told me that people's bodies are different, and you can produce your HCG at varying speeds. I guess we all read too much and get too upset if we're not within the so-called 'normal' range. But you are! They're totally normal, good numbers!!! YIPPIE!!! Congratulations!!!
