I get back pain a lot Jen. Everything I've read says it's normal unless there's spotting or bleeding, but it always worries me anyway. They say it's because your ligaments are softening and are susceptible to strain, which I guess makes sense because I get it when I've had a long day with a lot of time on my feet.
I don't do anything to treat it, but I've found sleeping on my side with a body pillow supporting my back tends to help. At least we're not alone!
