Hi Jenn I'm right there with you on the missed m/c thing. I've had three losses and no "natural" miscarriages. I have had mild spotting with two though so the TP is still one of my superstitions :)
Morning everyone I'm feeling better this morning although I was woken up with the birds by the youngest member of the family. Josh is still sleeping a lot (day and night) and will be off work for a few more days at least. Last night I was being driven nauseas by smells. The worst one: mac & cheese baking, ugh.
Tara, I am glad you have a really-truly-ultrasound appointment on Friday - same day as my 8 week checkup. Good news from both of us, I hope!
I think we are missing updates from a few other people too. Anyone heard from Stefanie (srkelly)?
My DH shocked me last night by chatting to Frost (4) about the fact that mummy is "trying to grow a baby in her tummy". I was like "what?". It turns out that Josh thought that Frost knew because he has been coming along to my u/s. NO-O. I'd been telling Frost we were checking to see if it was a good time to make a baby. Uhm. So, now Frost says I must not eat junk food because babies can't eat bad food. Last time he suggested the baby died because I ate too much chocolate! Anyway, he wants a brother because he wants a boy to do what he likes doing because apparently girls like doing girl things. Once again, things spiral out of control and everyone ends up knowing despite my best intentions. The only people now in the dark are some close friends and my mother! This is just nuts.
Tara, I saw on Cassi's post that her spotting subsided and that the doctor's office didn't think it was m/c related.
With DS, my DH was certain that the baby was a girl until we saw the ultrasound and little DS was showing off his manhood. And I never had morning sickness with any of my pregnancies. With DS, I had an aversion to toothpaste at the very end. I know symptoms don't mean much, but we tend to cling to them being PAL's.
OK, so my next ultrasound is tomorrow...and my bb's don't hurt today. I am so nervous. I was so busy with work this weekend that I didn't have time to think about anything and now I am a little worried. I had to keep reminding myself that the wedding participants don't want to see the "wedding lady" feeling herself up all day! Argh!!!! I had better find something to keep me busy today.

I wish I didn't have this job interview today.

Shannon - Sorry Josh spilled the beans -- that's a bummer!
Tara - Glad your appt went well, I have a friend born on 12/7.
Jen-ay - I like the names you picked out! I love Aidan too.
Update on me: I threw up again this morning so my fears are subsided. Thanks everybody!
Shannon, good luck on your interview today!
Jenn, congratulations on throwing up!
