AM i CRAZY??? I am just wanting to take it as it goes!! I am going to call the doctor, because I am not to sure if they want me to be on other med's or up my progesterone! Hey, ladies. I'm no longer in the 1st trimester, but I just had a suggestion for you to consider. I was thinking that maybe you could try restarting this thread every week to encourage new people to join in. I think it's a little intimidating to jump in on a thread with 400+ posts because people see that and figure they will never catch up or that it's already established and it's too late to join. I know I started out active on this thread, but then when I got 100 posts behind in a couple of days, I just sort of dropped out because I didn't think I could catch up.

It's your thread, and you can certainly ignore this suggestion :) I just thought it might help newcomers in the first trimester feel more welcome to join in if the thread got a new start every week or so.

Hi!

Jenn - CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm soooo thrilled for you and that is just the best news! I think it helps tremendously to get over your sad feelings of a m/c if you become pg right away. It's like the baby came right back to you.. It's nice that you can let us know and not worry about anyone IRL. I feel the same way.. we haven't told a soul (except my Mom).

Hey, I like the idea of starting a new thread. This is insanely long for some of the new ladies to catch up on.

Why don't we do a new one each week? It encourages a kind of check-in from everyone not just a chat for those of us who know each other.

I am feeling lousy as usual and am generally happy about it BUT I had a lot of worry yesterday. I went to see my FP because I suspected a UTI. She says I may have one but am waiting for feedback from the urine culture. Meanwhile, she found I am running a mild fever which is what happened with my other late first trimester loss in this same freaking week (10 weeks along now). I don't feel any illness that might cause a fever so she started me on antibiotics in case its a complication from the hypothetical UTI. The urine sample they took in the office showed some white blood cells but not enough to confirm an infection. So, I am waiting for a call from my doc today and hoping hoping that the culture tests confirm a UTI. Otherwise its more anxiety. This is a BAD week for me:

1) Going back to the wonderful/bad news OB who has done 2/3 of my D&Cs in the u/s room.
2) My final milestone for losses 10 weeks.
3) Unexplained fever.
4) Throwing up when I eat vitamins.

See why I don't post much!

Shannon

If you ladies would like, I'll start a new chat thread every week so there aren't so many posts to get through.
