I've been pretty up and down in the hormone department too. Not as bas as with my m/c though. I think with my very early m/c the hormones all came in and right back out so fast that my body could never adjust.
This time around I'm still either crying or griping much more often then I would like but it feels more leveled then before. I don't think that is much solace to my poor DH whom yesterday, I told him I would kiss him but I'd have to hold my breath. Even the idea of potential bad breath sends me running to the toilet. Fortunately, DH just laughed off my insanity. Better, yet, he did some housework. SCORE!
Thank you for the good laugh...your story about the subway workers cracked me up!! I can totally relate because I find myself tearing up at the smallest things - like at church the kids listen to a story at the beginning and then we sing a special song while they walk out to their classes. I get all choked up every time. Then the next minute I'm tearing DH's head off for not doing enough around the house even though he's doing his best to baby me.
Good thing he's experienced with pregnant women or I could be divorced. :)
I'm also weepy but not so cranky. Last night I cried at the FIFA commercial showing kids playing soccer around the world. And of course, Sunday night, I cried my way through the whole episode of Grey's Anantomy (which is always full of pathos).
Carolyn,
I'm right there with you!
