Caroline I am having similar problems but its not predictable. The only rule is that anything I crave one day I cannot eat again for at least a week... perhaps NEVER! Eg. on Monday I had a craving for Sun Chips and ate tons of them. Now they make me retch if I even smell them (and I do, because DH has to finish off the huge supply I bought when I thought they were the best thing in the world).
I haven't eaten vegetables for days. The only thing I manage are sauteed tomatoes on pasta and sometimes spinach in peanut sauce at the Sushi bar. Even fruit makes me a bit ill and those fishoil capsules are a sure way to get me rushing to the bathroom.
So, my advice is to keep eating what you can to get by and let the healthy eating start in the second trimester. I think the only difference between my experience this time and with my son was that with him I had that book "What to eat when you're expecting" and I MADE myself eat healthy food and then threw up each night after dinner. Now, I graze on apples, cheese, chips, bacon (OH, BACON IS HEAVEN) and feel foul but keep it down.
