Sandy - Sounds like your symptoms came back! Sorry for the nausea, but hope it's comforting.

Bex - I am so sorry about your angel anniversary and don't worry about being a downer. If we were all positive and worry free all the time, we wouldn't need PAL in the first place. My moods are either totally depressed or totally elated, so I can relate to Jenn's Mrs. Moody!!

Tara - Your comment about your MIL actually made me burst out laughing in the middle of work! I have a MIL who believes no medicine except vitamins should be taken for anything. She also insists on home births with midwives and no intervention. My DH is biased by her views, but luckily we have compromised that I will give birth in a hospital but TRY to do it naturally. I am just lucky my MIL lives in Texas and doesn't have the social skills to make chit chat phone calls. Good luck with yours! You can always snap at her and then blame it on the pg hormones. :)

So here's my quick update for the day - I found little bean's hb again yesterday, so thank goodness for dopplers to keep me sane. I reach the 2nd trimester Memorial Day weekend, so I am crossing my fingers that I will make it until then!!

I don't know if anyone else is having this experience, but DH seems to be going through a sympathy pg. I swear he never eats sweets and can go for hours without eating because he forgets. But since I got pg, he always wants sweets and is struck by late night food binges! I don't get it all, but even he is convinced it's due to my pg.

On a sad note, I heard from Melanie and the u/s confirmed the worst. I don't know when she'll feel up to posting the details, but her surgery is scheduled for Friday, so if you want to contact her or even just send your prayers, I think she needs all she can get. I am just so heartbroken for her.

Hopefully all appts. go well today so we have some good news to keep us going!

Belly rubs,
Cassi
