Katie.....I hope that the tyelnol will help some. As for the heating pad- - I don't know, but here is a yoga move that really helps. Lie on your back and just try to bring your knees to your chest. If you need to, use a belt or long piece of rope to make it easier on you. You should get some relief.
OMG...between testing and watching for HCG to drop to zero after my m/c, testing for o during my two very long "on hold" cycles, and waiting for this BFP, I have spent literally hundreds on pee sticks. Check out my BOB post on TTCAM...I took four tests at 10DPO and posted the picture. I've only taken 2 more tests since then...pretty moderate for me. I am a true addict...hopefully, this BFP will stick and that will cure me!
Katie,
I am so happy that you have moved over to this board! All the girls here are super sweet just like TTCAM. Most of them are graduates from TTCAM.
As for the cramping. I have had a lot of it this time and I just did some reserach on them! THEY ARE PERFECTLY NORMAL!!!
Most web-sites say that you can use a heating pad, but I would suggest you contacting your doctor just to make sure!
Hugs,
Jenn
Thanks Coach!!!
Advice from someone who's BTDT is always soooooooo much better than talking to the nurse!
Thanks so much for responding.
