First, thanks for thinking of me ladies. Many, I can sure use the PT right now!
Ok, so here's the latest. Let me preface by explaining part of my fears...today I'm 8w. I was exactly 8w when I lost the last one, so I wasn't looking forward to today. I went in today for my "new OB" appointment. But low and behold, spot refuses to stay away. Returned with a vengeance last night and had me in tears. Because of that, my PA (doc's out of town) didn't want to do the full physical (pap, etc). That got rescheduled for next week. She did have bloodwork done, but I don't know the results - probably won't until next week's appointment. She did want to do another u/s to make sure things were still ok since there was a little bleeding behind the placenta last time. No one told me that! WTF does THAT mean? Tech laughed and said this is going to be the most photographed baby before s/he's even born (this was u/s #4, and I'm at 8w). Well, we still have a nice strong hb and s/he's growing well. S/he's actually 4 days farther along than my dates put me at. As for the bleeding/placenta thing, PA said it seems like one small portion of implantations wasn't complete 100%. So that means I'll probably spot the entire pg. Fun. Do they not understand what kind of havoc this is wreaking on me? My nerves can't take much more! Thus, I get to "take it easy" since bending, twisting, reaching, etc could cause more spotting. And DH LOVED when she told him no sex until at least the end of 1T (which is about another 6 weeks - ha!!). Now if he only understood that I really don't like the idea of being stuck at home doing nothing for my entire summer break!
So hopefully I can breathe even easier next week...
Natasha

Natasha,
I am sorry that this has to continue to be scary for you.
Dear Natasha,
Glad to hear the hb looked strong, but sorry you have had such a stressful time. At least your doctor's office seems to be staying on top of things with the u/s. I hope all goes well next week.
