Thanks gals. I am going to wait for my third AF to come and then it's GO-TIME. I'm still very concerned that everything works out okay, you know? I think, since things went so wrong for me before by not waiting, that waiting for the 3 full cycles will give me some more confidence. I'm so glad you gals are doing well!

My first m/c was a missed m/c and I had a D/C..that was in august of 2005.. it took 7 months and the use of provera to get my cycles back on track. I got PG in March of this year and m/c again in April..that was a natural m/c I got Pg again 2 months later and am now 9w6d.

Candy,
Did you have two periods before you got pregnant with your little 2007 bean?

Hi Alice,

I found out about my missed m/c at 13-1/2 weeks, tried to have it naturally, but ended up needing a "suction-type" D&C at 15-1/2 weeks.

That does help, thank you. Thank you girls for sharing with me. I am going back and forth between trying after 2 periods (so trying this cycle) or waiting for one more period..

Alice,

After my m/c, our midwife recommended waiting one cycle before trying again. But only if we were ready to try, which we were. My period came a couple of weeks later and then we starting ttc again. It took us 4 cycles before we made it. I'm really glad we didn't wait though. I've just passed my original EDD and I'm totally okay with it because I feel so secure in my current pregnancy. I didn't have to have a d&c though, so I don't know if that makes a difference. It sounds like every care provider has a different opinion. I think if you're ready, then go for it. Good luck and baby dust!

I m/c last July, I had a missed m/c. I ws told to wait 2-3 cycles before trying again. My first cycle was 23 days and my second was only 20, we started trying right away to no avail. I started to chart during the 3rd cycle and we got our BFP. Of course I was terrifed but now we have our little Ava who just turned 2 months old yesterday.

Deciding when to try again is really up to you. Trust your gut and best of luck to you. I hope that you get your BFP quickly when you decide to try again and that you have a quick, boring and H&H 9 months when you do get it.

I am so happy for you and your little Ava, so cute. I feel pretty good about having waited 2 cycles. Especially since this last period was so darn normal. Thanks for the advice!
