Bad cramping, please stay baby...

Well last night I started cramping pretty bad. It was accompanied by nausea & I was down all night. All I could think was don't go baby, stay with mommy until you get big enough I can hold you and take you home with me. I didn't have any spotting but I'm feeling pretty down. DH is useless. I have another u/s Thursday & I am praying baby bean has grown and the heart rate has gone up. Anyone had bad cramping and still been ok? I was trying to convince myself that it was gastrointestinal from the cefuroxime antibiotics that I've been taking. I don't know what I'll do if this baby isn't ok....

Aimee,

I have no information about the cramping, but I wanted to let you know that I am thinking about you.

Oh Aimee,
You are in my thoughts and prayers that everything is alright. Try and take it easy until Thursday and hopefully the lack of spotting is a good sign. Hang in there.

Aimee, hugs to you! I had cramping earlier too so that may just be it, plus the meds will do a number on the innards. You are in my thoughts. Good luck Thursday!

I defiantly had some cramping in the 1st T. I am sure that things are fine, but it never hurts to ask your doc to see you sooner just for your peace of mind. I'll be thinking about you. (((HUGS)))

Thanks ladies. I am just scared to death to lose another baby and go through that heartbreak again. I am 6w 4d today. I remember with my DD having cramps and I journaled "cramping & nausea" in the 1st trimester but I don't remember how bad it was. I hope it was round ligament stretching or something. Oi vey. This baby business is not for wimps!!

Sending lots of P&PTs Aimee. I know I've had lots of cramping associated with needing to have a bowel movement (blush). Could it be that? From what I've heard is that bleeding is normal in early pregnancy and cramping is normal also...it's when you have both at the same time that you would need to worry. Hopefully it's just your little one burrying in there and getting comfy. You might want to go ahead and call your dr though and maybe he could get you in a little earlier than Thursday to ease your mind. Please keep us updated.
