No symptoms - freaking me out

So I am in freak out mode, of course, and wondering what every little thing (or lack thereof) means.
The thing that is freaking me out the most (after my spotting scare, which thankfully seems to have ended) is the fact that I have NO pregnancy symptoms. This happened last time when I m/c (doc told me afterwards that can be a sign of things not 'taking' properly). Although I did at least have sore bb's last time, I don't even have that now!!! I have a few twinges here and there but nothing much. Absolutely no morning sickness whatsoever.
As I mentioned in my intro my HCG levels are good (2511 or 2155, can't remember which). Although they are not testing them again to see if they increase, which I know is the key. I don't know why they are not testing them again, they suggsted to go ahead with first ultrasound, which I said fine because I figure that is more definitive. So, first ultrasound is next Tuesday, so I guess that will be the real test.
Anyone else freaking out because they have little/no symptoms?!
I am about 4-5 weeks along. At the very least I thought my bb's would be growing by now!!!
I'm anxious, can you tell :0)
Thanks, Michelle

Hi Michelle,
DEEP BREATHS.....Nice deep breaths to help stay calm.
Michelle,
Try to relax at this time. I know that it is scarey to have no symptoms and the fear of a miscarriage lurking over your head. I wanted to tell you that I started out this pregnancy with no sore breast and very little to no symptoms. They will come just give it time!! My OB said that symptoms really start around 6 weeks and are the worse from 8-10 weeks.
Michelle,
I am so sorry you are having such a difficult time. I just wanted to share that I have not really had any symptoms at all! The one's I have had statred at about 8weeks. I went in for an early us to confirm and my DR. told me that at 4-5 weeks it is so early and that it is completely normal to not have many symptoms. I am sure your turn is coming try and hang in there I am sorry you have to wait until Tuesday, the waiting game is the worst! You might just be one of the lucky one's that sails right through this pg feeling great. Try and hang in there!
Heather
Thanks everyone, I know you are all correct and it is very early. I just needed to hear it again.
I must say, I am quite exhausted today (maybe it's a symptom!). Although I am having a very stressful work day so I'm sure that is making me tired as well.
Oh well, worrying isn't going to do me any good anyway, now is it?!
Michelle,
I am right there with you. I'm 5 weeks tomorrow and besides a few twinges, I don't have any symptoms. In the past, my symptoms really haven't kicked in until the 7th or 8th week (using the restroom more often, sore bbs, tired) so I'm trying to be patient. Give it a couple more weeks and hopefully you'll have some symptom to reassure you.
Whenever I feel nervous about not having many symptoms, I always read about others who didn't have ANY symptoms until they started to show. It gives me perspective on other pregnancy's. For PALs, however it's definitely reassuring to have those daily symptoms.
I hope the rest of the week and weekend goes by fast for you. I'm sure you will be more reassured after your u/s on Tuesday. Keep us posted.
Take care,
Kate

Hi Michelle-your post sounds exactly like all of mine that I posted in the beginning of this pregnancy!!! I had absolutely NO morning sickness whatsoever, and my bbs were sore off and on for a couple weeks, and then they completely stopped. I was very scared and really freaked out that something was wrong, but everything was just fine. Some women just don't get a lot of symptoms, and sometimes they come a little later into the pregnancy. Don't worry (That's hard, I know; I still did even though people told me not to!)! :)
