Michelle...I'm from Maine, I no longer live there ...sniff.... Where do you live??? If you go to a place in Scarboro, I grew up in South Portland! how small a world this really is. I'll be headed up there the week between xmas and new years for family stuff, and am meeting Margot also while I'm up there. Maybe we should try to meet as well....how neat!

As for sleeping, still not the greatest. Tylenol PM works nicely too, I only take one tho, not the 2 the reccommend. And I had the worst back pain in my life Sat night. I could barely move. I took Tylenol and had DH rub Icy/Hot on my back a couple times. It finally subsided a little. I feel like I'm having all the 3T problems now. If so, I am screwed in the 3T!!! :)

I figured out what might be contributing to my "odd" feelings. It's my dr-set EDD today. I went by 11/25 (as my cycles were 33 days, not 28), but still, to know that it is here. It still throws you for a loop.

how was everyone's weekend?

Wow! I'm here so early this week! I hope to hang around more this week, but you never know. LOL. Anyway, Deb, I'm sorry that you are having such bad back pain. I went through that with my last pg (the miscarriage-but don't read anything into that!) so I went to a chiropractor. That really helped me out a lot!

Ladies, I'm moving into the 2T this week! I can't believe it! I've begun announcing my pg to everyone, and it's really weird. I've kept it a secret for so long, it seems like I'm breaking my own rule in telling people! LOL. Anyway, I announced in our women's group for church yesterday. I told them I had 3 bits of good news. #1, I had an orchestra concert. #2, my sister is expecting. And #3, My morning sickness is over! Then I stopped talking. I did not get the reaction I was expecting. I meant it to be a fun way to announce, but I got almost no reaction! I was a little dissapointed LOL. Some did ask me later when I was due, but I was expecting that question right away. Oh, well. As one of my friends said, "I don't think anyone realizes what you've been through to get to this point" and she's so right!

Anyway, have a great week, ladies! I will be checking in to at least read :)

Katie, I have been having more stomach/food aversion issues lately as well. I thought the bit of nausea I had was gone but now it seems to be coming back, it's weird! I hope things settle down again for Thanksgiving, I LOVE Thanksgiving and want my belly to cooperate and allow me to partake in all the wonderful goodies!

Debb, Right now I live in Gorham, ME but I have lived in Portland, South Portland and Scarborough. In South Portland I lived in an apartment complex near Mill Creek shopping center. Is Margot from TTCAM? I think I remember her, I think we actually emailed a couple of times about both living in Maine, but I was only on that board for a very short time so didn't really develop 'relationships' there. Let me know what your plans are during X-mas and New Year, maybe we can meet up!

Emily, Congrats on the 2T! Sorry it has been a bit anti-climatic sharing the news with people. I can't wait to be in the 2T and 'out' with the news, it's getting to be a pain having to keep it secret all the time.

Vandana, Sorry you are having a tough time this week. I have not had much feeling in my uterus (if anything it's very sporatic). But my symptoms definitely fluctuate day to day. One day I think my belly has 'popped' already and the next I think I may have lost a few pounds! It sure is stressful being a PALer. I hope this week flys by and you have some great news to share with us on Friday!

Lori, Thanks for your message. Happy Thanksgiving to you too!

Hello everyone. I am doing well this well this week. I am officially in maternity clothes (which I blame on being very short). I am happy to report my m/s has subsided and I am pretty hungry.

I have hear a few people say that Tylenol PM is safe? I have not slept well at all lately and could use a full nights sleep. My DD had RSV this weekend and was running 104 fever so needless to say - I didn't get any sleep.

My SIL is having her ultrasound today. If anyone caught that post - she was in the hospital re-adjusting her psych meds when they found out she was pregnant. She was taking lithium and tons of other stuff and doing ECT. Now she is just taking an MAOI (anti-psychotic), but the damamge might have been done. She is further along than they thought as they heard the HB through the doppler on Friday and it was slow (they don't remember the #) so they are sending her for a 3D scan today. Lithium causes serious heart defects in unborn babies. At this point - I don't know what to pray for so I just prayed that God knows best and will do whatever is best for that baby.

I hope everyone is doing ok and looking forward to turkey! (I am sorry for those who don't feel well - maybe magically you will feel better this week!)

Take care,

Melissa

Hi ladies,

I was really freaked out at the end of last week because all my symptoms suddenly changed or disappeared!

Wow, Katie! Very cool, you popped!

Vandana, Good luck Friday! I have my NT scan on Monday so I'll be right behind you and I think Katie's is Tuesday? I hope we all have great news!!!

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. I am off to bake some pies soon. My tummy is still a little funky but it seems to help if I eat, so apparently I am in a great position for Thanksgiving, I have a perfect excuse to eat even MORE than usual! :0)
