No symptoms

Well I am six weeks PG and I have no symptoms, my boobs aren't sore and don't seem to be getting bigger, I feel fine, no tiredness, nothing!! I'm starting to wonder if I really am PG.
I'm trying to keep this PG very low key for a while until I feel more confident that it is going OK, and with no symptoms that is proving quite easy to do, except now my lack of symptoms is worrying me!! I'm hoping it's still just too soon to be feeling anything huge.........my first real symptom with my other PG's was extreme tiredness and I really don't want to wish that on myself yet. I guess I am just worrying for the sake of worrying??
I feel like I am counting down the days until I can start to get excited and start to plan for this baby coming, I don't want to get excited and then have the let down of another loss. Everytime I go to the toilet I am checking and half expecting to see blood on the TP. Arghhhh........come on 12 weeks!!!
