Whew! Rough week. SHOWING already???

Hi ladies,
I have been lurking mostly this week b/c of the terrible ms I've been experiencing. I posted about this already, and although it has eased up a little, it has NOT gone away yet. I am so miserable, but I feel like I can't complain!!! I want this baby so badly and I feel guilty for wishing I felt better!! Crazy!! It is a morning-til-night "I wish I would throw up already" feeling. Ew.

I am 9 weeks today. I have quite a little belly showing already. It is frustrating too, b/c it's too little for maternity pants, but WAY too big for regular pants. I thought I'd make it to at least 12 weeks before we told the gen. public about the pg, but the belly coupled with the massive ms has the cat out the bag a little early. Oh well!!

Love to all of you!

Nicole,

Oh sweetie I remember the days oh so well of feeling the need to throw-up and then the belly! Now I just have to tell you that you will get better!

Hi Nicole

Sorry to hear the MS is so bad. Hopefully you haven't got long to go now. I'm 10 weeks today and the last couple of days have been better (possibly from taking ginger tablets and B6, although I'd been taking them for a week). Of course, feeling better makes you worry a little about what's going on in there, but it is a welcome relief to be able to get on with things.

I'm also 'showing' too, but I think it's more bloating from drinking heaps of water and eating continually to ease the MS. Either way, drawstring pants for me all the way. Fortunately I'm working from home, so I can keep my trackies on. It's summer over here in Australia too, so others are in skimpier clothes.

I hope you can keep it secret for as long as you need to and then you can proudly tell everyone and let that belly hang out!

Hi Nicole ~

You can pass some m/s my way. . .I'm starting to feel much better and with that comes worry! and I've had a headache for 2 days (hormonal dip???). . .just my normal, crazy thoughts!!!

yep, my belly is sticking out too. I had a little tummy to begin with, but this I can't suck in! lol Plus having had 2 kids already, (I think I started showing early with my 2nd one too - it was 7 yrs ago, so my memory is foggy!) Gotta get a Bella Band!!
I haven't told anyone at work, and I didn't want to for another at least 4 wks. think I can make it?
