Michelle- Good to hear that your symptoms are getting stronger. I know how reassuring that is.
This week for me is going to either be a great week or a horrible week. I have my first midwife appointment tomorrow. I'll be 11.5 weeks so we should be able to hear a heartbeat. Of course I already called to make sure I could have an u/s the same day if they aren't able to find a HB. My PAL brain is really paranoid right now. I'm hoping for the best, but also preparing for the worst. Last time, I m/c'd at 12 weeks so I'm right about where I was before. I definitely feel that this time around is different, so that's reassuring...just a little bit. My symptoms are still going strong so that also helps. I'll let you all know how it turns out :) How are the rest of you ladies doing so far this week?
Faith, I'm sorry you are nervous about your appt. I'm sure everything will be fine! I know it's hard not to be scared though. I can't wait to see your update after your appt tomorrow.
Well, i am exactly 6weeks today. My m/s is horrible!!! The reglan the dr gave me was making me dizzy and thus making my m/s worse. I was so disappointed because I thought it was working. Now I'm taking b6 and unisom and it seems to be working great! I have felt pretty good the past two days...well, good enough to actually do something. Eating is a chore though. Nothing is appealing. today Cheerios have been my best friend. We'll see if I like them tomorrow. Oh, and I have my first u/s on Friday...I'm nervous but also excited. If all is well, we'll have passed another milestone. Last time I was 8 weeks when I found out we m/c. Our baby only measured 6w1d, and after seeing a hb of 117, there was no longer one there. so, if our baby is growing as it should, I should measure aroung 6w4d and I'm praying for a stronger hb.
Michelle: I am sorry you are so scared ((((Hugs)))). I am also glad your symptoms are getting stronger!! I hope that is making you feel much better. Keep the good news coming.
Faith: I am also sorry you are scared about tomorrow ((((((Hugs)))))). I am glad your symptoms are so strong. I am sending you lots of positive appointment vibes for tomorrow. You will feel much better once you hear or see your baby's heartbeat!!! I cain't wait to hear your update. You and I have the same EDD.
The fatigue and nausea are still staying with me which is good. Also, I have developed a little bump...hope that is a good sign as well.
Next Monday is going to be a hard day for me. It is the two year anniversery of my loss. Also, my NT scan, which I am very nervous about, is schedule on that morning. I am mostly nervous because it has been a month since my last u/s.
My morning sickness has just been icky this last week. I was hoping it would let up and not get worse because I will be 11 weeks on Wednesday. I should be thankful because it was much worse with Caleb but it still stinks none-the-less. I am not quite as tired as I have been which is VERY good news!! I am a little nervous about having two so close together. Did not think that I would get pregnant so quickly. It took 2 years to have Caleb including the m/c. It still amazes me that this one stuck the first month of trying.
Thanks, Tara!
