Take a bath and read a book that has nothing to do with pregnancy or babies. Take walks if its nice outside. Hang out with your friends.

I had 2 m/cs before my son was born and by the time I was pg for the 3rd time, I was just obsessed with being pg and babies. Its nice to remove yourself from that. Hard, but nice.

Let me know how the yoga goes. I have been thinking about trying it.

Hi Nicole!

I know, it's so hard to relax when you want to be sure everything is ok! It is hard not to think about it too much.

I just try to take one day at a time. Easier said than done sometimes. I find it hardest when I wake up in the middle of the night and can't shut my brain off to go back to sleep. If you find that you are obsessing about pregnancy in general I think it's cool to focus on positive things like good birth stories or the like. I really like Ina May's Guide to Childbirth which has some wonderful birth stories and the mothering.com discussion forum has some great birth stories. They just tend to be positive and natural. I loved swimming when I was pregnant with my second daughter Nora - so I'm going to join the prenatal water class after I'm sure enough that I'll get to stay:)
YOu'll get through too.
