I just wanted to see how everyone was feeling. I am 6w5d today (I can't believe it) and still no m/s! I am tired all the time though. I'm hoping to make it another 2 weeks m/s-free as that would really help at work.
I've been doing my normal amt of exercise, 4x/week at the gym, with 30-40 min of cardio and 15-20 of weights and abs. Aside from some fatigue Saturday, I've been doing pretty well. If I feel tired or out of breath I take a break rather than pushing it. I'm trying to listen to my body's signals better.
Sorry to hear everyone is feeling so yucky. My m/s is still here but much more tolerable. Oh, whoever talked about not being able to eat healthy food, I am the same way. I was with DS too. I think we should all eat whatever we can in the 1T. I will be eating better after I can stomach it:) I have been drinking V8 juice too. Breakfast shakes are also good. Not as a meal replacement but if you are not getting all of your vitamins and minerals, this helps. My doc said better to get a breakfast shake down than nothing at all. Ensure makes granola bars and shakes for pg women.
I have been slacking on my night time walks. We have been so busy at night. I am going to try to tonight. I am going to my moms. She loves to play with my ds and I can get some relaxing in....:)
Hi girls I just got done at the dr's office...had another u/s done and all looks great. I am measuring at 9wks but I am about 9wk 2 days dr says. I get to wait and go again next week. Yes...still obsessing and still worrying. Hope all of you are feeling better soon. I have not been too bad lately, other than when I eat a big meal :( Take care Keli

I am so excited for Jenn tomorrow!
I am so very very tired! M/S is kicking my behind and my BBs hurt. YEAH!
The m/s is still not quite as bad as 2 weeks ago, but I am on less prometrium now.
My DH is in CA so it is just me and my tired grumpy self. My Mom is so envolved (rightly so) with my Dad right now, so I am on my own totally.
I am trying to be upbeat for both myself, my bean, and my Dad.
