I was having alot of m/s with this pregnancy and was having trouble finding something to calm it down a little bit, and the funny thing is that my girls brought home some winterfresh gum and I had a piece and within about 5 minutes my stomach starting feeling better. I know it sounds strange but it works. If you are having m/s you might want to try it, it may help.

Thank you for posting this! I swear I didn't have m/s until around 8 weeks with DD, but this time around it's a whole different story. Let's just say, I've been sleeping with the trash can next to my bed the last couple of nights! And how unfair is is that it's hitting me at random times throughout the day???

Last time I ate cashews at 3am when I got up to use the potty, and that seemed to work, at least I didn't WAKE UP feeling ill. But minty gun sounds much yummier! (BTW I was left with a permanent aversion to cashews after that...EW!)

I am 8w and in a constant state of nasuea.... I had this with Ellowyn, not sure if it was as bad though.

It only stops while asleep (lol) and 20 minutes after eating. I can't eat constantly. And, I must eat a meal, cracker and pretzels only help a little.

I tried Sea Bands and nothing, just sore wrists. I may try the gum.
