My BBs are way too tender to sleep on my stomach anymore....what do I do?!?! I can't sleep on my back at all. I'm so sad. :( And even now after eating if I lay on my side the MS is even worse.....::sigh:: oh well. Part of the joys of pregnancy!

I've slept in a sports bra since 8 DPO. Totally helps me. I am not a big stomach sleeper, but it might help! :)

I have a hard time laying on my stomach too. It makes me nauseated. I couldn't wait to sleep on my stomach after I had DS but I was way too engorged:( Eventually you will get used to sleeping on your side....

Erika - I'm right there with you! I've been a stomach sleeper my whole life, so it's hard for me to get comfortable in any other position! But same as pp, I had to get used to sleeping on my back/side through the latter part of my pg with DD, and then I nursed for over a year and couldn't get comfortable on my stomach, so I eventually just kinda got used to it.

Speaking of m/s, is yours real bad? Mine is horrendous this time, I was literally throwing up yesterday WHILE fixing my 2-year old her breakfast. Somehow even the smell of Cheerios did me in!! (EWWWW SORRY TMI!!!!!) Please let me know if you find any magic solution to this, I'll try just about anything.

Hi!

I have found that ginger ale with real ginger in it, like Vernors, helps alot as do peppermints. Both ginger and peppermint oil soothe upset tummies and have been used to treat MS for centuries. You can make ginger tea, but I have never tried that.

Unfortunatly for me, the MS is making me feel like all food will make me gag...nothing looks good. But being hungry makes it worse...but I don't want to eat anything...and then I feel worse etc! But I am NOT complaining! This is exactly what i wanted!
