My temp dropped 0.3 degrees!

I am still temping (I know, I know) and my chart is triphasic, I know that is a good sign, but my temp dropped from 98.6 to 98.3 this morning and I an SOOO scared! That is the temp AF showed at last month! Is this OK? Can temps drop like that and pg be sustained? Help!

I never temped, but I know from people's previous questions that the answer is STOP TEMPING!!! IMMEDIATELY!!! After you get your bfp the only way to verify all is well is beta blood draws with doubling hcg. Temps are useless and tell you nothing at this point. All they do is cause unnecessary worry!
I'm sure all is well :-) Big hugs, and call your doc if you're worried, maybe they can get you in tomorrow for a blood draw.
Hugs,
Amanda
As the other ladies said-- PUT DOWN THE THERMOMETER!!!!
It doesn't tell you anything anymore. Some will tell you it signaled a m/c, but other will tell you it didn't drop until weeks after, or that they now have happy, healthy babies and their temps went all over the place during pg.
Hang in there!!
Rachel,
First, congratulations on your BFP! Second, I can only speak from my own experience, but I temped w/the pg that I m/c'd, and it was terribly stressful--I had a hard time sleeping because I was so anxious to see what my temp would be in the morning (crazy, I know). This time, I had DH hide the thermometer as soon as we got the BFP, and it is so much better. I just decided it wasn't going to make me feel any better, and likely was going to make me stress about every little change in temp. Call and see if you can get an app't for some b/w to reassure you, but please, for your sanity, put the thermometer away!!!
Lots of SBV's to you!
Wendy
I agree with the others, put down the themometer and back away slowly.
I demand -- YES< DEMAND -- that you put away your bbt, right this instant!!!!!!!! It will make you insane. Do not worry about your temps now. All that matters is increasing hcg levels. You have my P&PT!
Repeat -- put away the thermometer!
Hugs,
Nicole H
