I know as someone who has gone through a loss, we want to be sick as a dog and feeling every symptom possible. You're early on.. the symptoms may strike with a vengeance in the next few weeks or you may be lucky and only have few. I've had cramping and queasiness throughout, but some people had no symptoms ever. I didn't need to grow a cup size in three weeks, but I did! It's early to be stretching too. Don't worry, you'll get there and feel it soon enough!!
Lack of symptoms doesn't mean anything is wrong. Most symptoms are based on how your brain reacts to all the extra hormones going though your body-- and some brains go "oh, we're pregnant. huh. Okay." and don't do anything weird. Some brains say "oh.my.god!!!! chemicals!!! hormones!! something is happening!! This isn't right!! Maybe she ate something bad!! Throw up!! Throw up!!! Make her go to bed!! We're being attacked!!"
Ok, a little over dramatic, but you get the picture.
i had some serious stretching in the beginning (to the point where i could stand straight!!). Stretching and pulling is a good sign! I also didnt have too much morning sickness, i was just queasy, which came and went too. My symptoms didnt really come about until 7-8weeks. My major symptom was exhaustion, i think i slept 7-13 weeks away!
(i am so sorry for your loss, i too have experienced a SCH at 13 weeks with this pregnancy, im still spotting and im scared to death. My big u/s is tomorrow and im hoping the bleed is correcting itself. ive been on bedrest for 5 weeks and praying everyday i get to bring this baby home!)
