Cat broke Fertility Goddess!

Last year my SIL went to Turkey and came home with presents. Mine was a pretty little statue of Artemis, the Goddess of Fertility. We had it on our mantle for awhile, I liked its look and its significance- she's tall and if you look closely the "outfit" she's wearing is really about 10,000 boobs.

Well, things weren't happening for us, so I moved her to my bedside and eventually got a BFP. Now, I'm not usually a superstitious person, but I have't moved it because well, if it ain't broke, don't fix it, you know? But today I found that the cat must have once again used my bedside table as her stepping stone to my windowsill and she knocked everything off. Artemis is now in three pieces!

I'm trying to be rational about this, but please talk some sense into me!

Tks,

I understand...I have a Hawaiian fertility goddess next to my bed. So how's this for logic - if you use glue on her with extra care, since you're already pg, you'll have an extra sticky pregnancy! :)

I would take her breaking as a good sign, too - that you don't need her anymore, since she did her job! Cats know these things... :-) I like the idea of the glue making the PG extra-sticky, too. :-)
