JL, first of all, congrats again!!!!! I am so happy for you. Second...

I wasn't really nauseated until 8 weeks and it was over around 13 weeks. My first noticable change was an aversion to the smell of garlic and anything tomato. Then came the heartburn, bloating, and constipation. Symptoms do come and go, and it is super scarry, but try not to worry about it because it is normal. If you do get nauseous early in the morning, put a glass of water and some crackers by your bed and have some before you get up in the morning. Try to stay positive and believe that everything will turn out great. Here's hoping for multiples! Best of luck!

Hey JL! I don't know if this is helpful or not, but I really didn't have any symptoms until very recently, and now that you mention it I guess they do come and go. The past 3 days or so I've been feeling icky at night. My main symptom is being really tired, though - no severe nausea or throwing up.

And I know exactly what you mean - I get very excited when I don't feel well! I feel like it means something is working right in there!

I remember when I was originally on this board 2 years ago that I was worried because my symptoms would come and go.

JL,

My symptoms in the begining came and went all the time. I was constantly poking my breasts to make sure they were still sore. I'm 8 weeks and one day I can't get out of bed and the next I can jump right up. My symptoms are still strong but vary throughout the day.

Don't worry Sistah!

Oh yeah, come/go/come/go - perfectly normal! My symptoms didn't start at all until about 7 wks (other than being a royal b****! LOL!) and they were really hit and miss until week 10 when I started throwing up for the next 6 weeks! I also loved the naseau, I think it's all PAL brain and everyone here would kill to be throwing up just to know the little babies are safe and sound. It'll get better, JL. Just wait till you feel him/her/them (for God sake, do we know how many there are yet?!! He he!!) kick and move everyday. It's awesome. Then anytime you get worried, you just get to drink a glass of orange juice, lay down and let the games begin! These first few weeks are tough, but you're tougher! :)

Oh, and have I said CONGRATULATIONS yet? :)
