It's my b-day today!!!! Lol Ok I know that is not much to chit chat about but I thought I would just say it anyways! I'm doing good so far. ALMOST out of my 1T.....currently 12w 4d. The only problem I am having is headaches. Which I remember getting them last time. How is everyone else doing so far? Stephanie EDD 1/31/08
Happy BDay Stephanie! Hope that you have a mahvelous day! I am hoping for some symptoms soon so that I can stop with the worry that I am not pg! This is ludicrous! I know careful what you wish for! I have a ton of stuff to do with no ju-ju to do it! So here I sit wasting some time! the last thing I want to do is clean but I have to get it done! Hoping this week goes quickly so I can get to my apt on monday!
Hi ladies! Sorry I've not been around much...just haven't felt up to much. I do wish it were pg symptoms getting me down... I'm with Margot, I'd like some consistent symptoms for a bit. Just some sort of proof, kwim? But my next apt is Wednesday. But after that I switch to my OB and
Thank you for the birthday wishes! I hope all of you ladies get the "signs" you need to feel pregnant! I do however know how you feel. Since I hit 12 weeks things have calmed down ALOT which kind of scares me. I also had an u/s at 10 weeks and not again till 20 weeks. It is driving me nuts....I want to see the bean moving and alive to reassure me. And for a vain reason I want to see what it is (a hamburger or hot dog). Lol. I wish you all well and hope everyone has great appts!!!! Stephanie EDD 1/31/08
I had really bad weekend. DH and I are fighting...
Lastnight I had a sharp pain in my side near my pelvic bone. I didn't have it all night and then when I got out of bed I started feeling the sharp pain again off and on. Now the brown spotting is back. This is all scaring me. I know that there was blood in my uterus. I know it's brown so that's good. But, I'm still scared! I wouldn't be so worried if the pain was on the side where the cyst was. But, it's not. What should I do? Is this round ligament pain?
I'm also freaking out that my nausea is getting better. I still have some nausea today but it's not as bad as it has been. =/ This sucks!
Yusra, I'm sorry that that stupid spot is back. I thought we got rid of him for good. And that you're fighting with DH. Doesn't he know you're always right when you're pg?!
Candace, you shold definitely read the Harry Potter books. They are so much fun!
Happy Birthday, Stephanie!
Jane, I know exactly how you feel about being more confident once you seen your bean. Hopefully you can convince them to do an u/s earlier.
Yuck. I have to go back to work. I have been SO unmotivated lately. All I do is count down the hours until lunch, and then count down the hours until I can go home.
Hi girls Happy bday, Stephanie--us Cancers are so much fun! I got to 11 wks the week of my bday and it just seems like such a huge celebration to have your pg going well on your bday vs. those other bdays when we were wishing we were pg but not. Yusra--I'm so sorry that the brown spotting is back. You're right that it being brown is a good sign. I know you must be sick with worry. I'm sending a big hug your way and try to "zoom out" as I call it. It helps me to do this and kind of back up from what I'm worrying about, look at the big picture and do something I really like. It got easier and easier as the weeks went by. Megan--Sorry you have to go back to work! You should give yourself a reward at the end of the day---a peppermint paddy and a foot soak or something. I think I'm going to finish reading "Order of the Phoenix." I started it and then got distracted and then saw the movie. I know there's lots more to this story, though, so I'm going to read it. Have a good Monday, girls! x alice
This is my first PAL chat session! Also celebrating that I am 6 weeks today and haven't spontaneously combusted or anything. I feel more confident each day.
Stephanie- happy b-day! I hope you get some serious princess treatment.
Yusra- sorry, both the evil spot and fighting suck.
I know how you guys feel about the appointments. One minute you like the extra u/s, etc but it also adds extra tension. I have to wait until next Tuesdsay to see the little person again- that will be the big heartbeat appt!
hey, quick opinion- I've been thinking about "really" joining ivillage, getiing a siggy. etc. Is it worth it? And do you ever worry that someone you know in real life will run across your most personal of posts- you mother in law reading about your lack of sex in the first trimester or something? Ahh!

Happy B'day, Stephanie!
Hi, Margot! I know exactly what you mean about tons of stuff to do and no energy to do it. Fatigue has been my biggest symptom so far.
I'm 7 weeks today, and
