I don't even know if my progesterone was even checked. But if memory serves me right, there have been several ladies who got put on supplements at this point and things turned out ok. Hang in there hon. Let me know how things go at you next round of bloodwork.

Hi, Sarah. ((HUGS)) Please take a deep breath, Sweetie.

Your numbers look great -- even the progesterone! My HCGs were looking really good and my prog was only 9, which they said was within range. As pps said, 10 is the minimum doctors like to look for. My dr. was out of town but I called the office and insisted on getting some supplements just to be on the safe side. I still feel nervous every so often (of course) but here I am at 7 weeks! Your numbers look OK, and if you need a supplement, that'll only make you feel more secure!

When they say that progesterone won't help, I think that means in the case where prog levels are extremely low (less than 5) and possibly indicative that things aren't developing correctly. Even so, I've heard that progesterone levels can be low and a pg can still go just fine.

Anyway, the bottom line is, you're going to be fine and so is your bean! Think positive, Hon! Hang in there!
