Help ease my anxiety please

Hi All,
Well, I had miss on July 4th...pregnat 2 weeks later.....
I had a positive HPT on July 26th and confirmed blood test on Monday the 27th.
I am so nervous, every time I go into the bathroom I check for spotting, I keep poking my breast to see if they are still sore, I get really nervous over ever little symptom I have.
So these are my symptoms can someone tell me if they are normal:
Sore breast (I know this is normal)
White discharge four the past 5 days, but I am not itchy and the PH level is 4.5 which could be normal or could be a sign of a yeast infection.
A very full feeling in my lower belly, some time minor cramping.
Please help ease my anxity,
jdes2007

Big ((hugs)) to you sweetie.
I had a hormone level check (blood drawn AGAIN) on Wednesday, the results came back yesterday (THursday) and all look good. I felt like crap yesterday, my breast hurt so bad, I felt BLAH, I was getting dizzy every time I stood up, and felt bad. Today I feel really good, which makes me nervous, are my hormones dropping off, my breast don't hurt nearly as bad as they did yesterday, I feel well rested, and ready to go.
This is no nerve wrecking....any help on this subject would be much appreciated.
Thank you so much for your reply, you made me feel a lot better (for a little while anyway). This is nuts, I know I can't do anything about it, if I am going to miscarry I am going to miscarry I am doing all the right stuff so I should just sit back and relax but that is a lot easier said then done I guess.
Thanks again for you advice,

Hi. I think that we all completely understand what you are going through. I go through the exact process that you do every day, every time I go to the bathroom. I tell myself that I have so little control in all of this and that high anxiety doesn't do the baby any good.
You have alot of really, really good signs of pregnancy...good blood tests, abdominal bloating, normal pregnancy discharge, sore breasts. Focus on those things as being good!

I would say your symptoms mimic mine from Matthew when I was first PG! I actually had no sore breast in the beginning! We all know the fear that being a Pal gives us, but please know that we are all here for you!

Best wishes!!!
