For me, it was my first ultrasound at 10w5d. There was a little person. DH was with me. It had arms and legs and a heartbeat... I let myself believe it was okay.
It took the 3rd doctor and 4th u/s (at 14weeks) all telling me everything was going along smoothly to finally believe it. It's been a slow mental process for me. Our fears are normal and natural, and unfortunately will never completely go away. But every day I can feel myself getting more confident in this pg....then I worry that I'm too confident...then I go back to enjoying it for a bit. In time it will come for you too....I hope much sooner than later.((((hugs))))
